Set the java build version to 1.5 and added a first cut at the junit target.
The junit target needs some work - there are still tests left that have
dependencies on the user environment.

Made changes to build related files so that the Ant build file works with the zipped version of the Protege source code on the Downloads page of the Web site and also works after doing a checkout from the Subversion repository.

added ant build script and support files for compiling protege source code.  we distribute these with our source distribution
