The OSGi branch moves to the trunk (scarey... but I think it is very good)

* Due to the large amount of interdependence between projects, the Ant build scripts in sub-project directories (e.g., plugins/org.protege.core.application, etc.) are not able to be run independently from each other.  You have to run them from the top-level protege4/protege-standalone/trunk/build.xml file using commands like "ant core", "ant owl", etc.
