don't think that this is a standard thing and I need to talk to Nick

org.semanticweb.owlapi jar and I created an ide distribution.

I have figured out that I need to flush the equinox cache whenever I

after the refactor keeping in sync will be difficult

created ant build file for manchester's dlquery. updated top-level build file with new target to call dlquery build file.
